FIRST TRY/TYPING TWO HOURS/NOV. 12TH THURSDAY

WE are practicing these principles in all OUR affair living ONE day at a time doing the exercises improving strengthening the good habits good traits skills life learning lessons developing them into a routine filling OUR day with positive activities .My memory lately has been coming in bits and pieces fragments it is much sharper in “HD”wow it makes a big difference today I can look at the past see what I missed and we have been cleaning up the wreckage of OUR past WE are using this in some cases as a tool WE develop the good traits and GOD removes the defects of character and WE intuitively knew how to handle situations that used to baffle us WE are learning to be honest with GOD Today WE have no secrets from GOD or are WE covering areas that shut him out today WE are open honest and willing WE show up daily with an open mind ready and willing to do GOD’S will for us WE are daily praying for the power to carry it out I have noticed an abundance of energy plenty to do the exercises and adding to the goals WE are having more than enough energy to do the exercises improving strengthening the good traits good habits skills and life’s learning lessons this is a seemingly hopeless disease of BODY MIND and SPIRIT this program is designed in such a way as to when WE are trying to submerse totally without abandon almost out of control it is in GOD’S control WE submerse into ALLTHREE areas MIND BODY and SPIRIT WE are striving for perfection in everything WE do WE do it to the very best of OUR ABILITY WE are content with OUR life today WE are constantly moving forward as WE move forward WE keep no secrets from GOD and when the things from the past come WE are ready to deal with it in steps ten and eleven we continued taking daily moral inventory and when WE were wrong promptly admitted it Half measures availed us nothing the program is simple and when done properly it works at recovering us from this seemingly hopeless disease of BODY MIND and SPIRIT I was talking to TOM this morning and maybe later WE will go check on the tablets 9” in size for only fifty-eight dollars pretty good prices at Visions electronic store in Metro Town mall in Burnaby It is crucial that WE start the day with writing in my journal and we keep on doing it daily plus the added exercises WE are working them daily strengthening improving the good habits good traits skills and life learning lessons developing them into filling up OUR day with positive activities WE are practicing these principles in all our affairs GOD I OFFER MYSELF TO THEE TO BUILD WITH ME AND TO DO WITH ME AS THOU WILT MAY I DO THY WILL ALWAYS TAKE AWAY MY DIFFICULTIES THAT VICTORY OVER THEM MAY  BEAR WITNESS TO THOSE I WOULD HELP OF THY POWER LOVE AND WAY OF LIFE AMEN. GOD GRANT ME THE SERENITY TO ACCEPT THE THINGS I CANNOT CHANGE THE COURAGE TO CHANGE THE THINGS I CAN AND THE WISDOM TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE WE intuitively know how to handle situations that at one time used to baffle US WE practice these principles in all OUR affairs it is imperative that WE must work on the program daily and constantly moving forward WE do not stop or slow like I mentioned there is an abundance of energy WE are using it and there is more GOD is doing for us what we could not do for ourselves WE do are part and GOD honours his end daily WE see the program works WE hear others who use this way of life and healing through GOD’S love and healthy living one day at a time WE are living and helping others Remembrance  DAY was yesterday and it is a stat. holiday now and before Half measures availed us nothing WE put everything WE have into this program WE hold back nothing we are not   hiding or keeping secrets WE are open honest able and willing to do whatever it takes WE go to any lengths also I want to always have this desperation I had when we came and in some ways we some seem to have to hit rock bottom however it is possible to do it WE are willing to go to any lengths to get this program for living this is a simple program and it was designed to continue for ever one day at a time with the maintenance steps WE are able to continue to deal with the problems WE are preparing for the absolute worst and it is important GOD grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference GOD I OFFER MYSE3LF TO THEE TO BUILD WITH ME AND TO DO WITH ME AS THOU WILT TAKE AWAY MY DIFFICULTIES THAT VICTORY OVER THEM MAY BEAR WITNESS TO THOSE I WOULD HELP OF THY POWER LOVE AND WAY OF LIFE MAY I DO THY WILL ALWAYS AMEN.Today is the first day of the rest of my life that i8s true however the time to act is now and it is so important to keep on doing it do not give up or   slow down always moving forward it must work this way complete abandon submerse our WHOLE self auto response WE are programming GEORGE WE  are able to do that all these little bits of information coming back daily as we trudge the road to happy destiny GOD is doing for us WE are doing OUR exercises daily improving strengthening the good traits good habits skills developing them into the positive activities to fill in our daily routine WE are constantly looking to improve prepare strengthen any weaker areas we concentrate an effort to alleviate some of the pain and suffering WE are daily preparing for the worst and WE practice these principles in all OUR affairs.

When I get out of bed I try to start the program right away I must say it i8 a whole lot different from before the important difference is that WE are doing any program but the thing is WE must keep doing these exercises daily We have no secrets from GOD WE are doing the meditation and the prayers I have put to memory and also I would like to purchase a Big Book and then do some more intense studying of this text and quizzes etcetera WE have so much at our fingertips today We can give this program show them how it works experience strength and HOPE it is important to daily do the needed exercises daily improving strengthening the good habits good traits skills life learning lessons developing them to fill in the daily routine of positive activities WE are continuing to take personal inventory We humbly asked GOD to remove the defects of character shortcomings we were specific and this is a matter of great importance if WE do not these things will happen they will come back now WE are daily preventing things like that occurring or re-occurring this program can be a lot of things WE must work it give it to others in need WE do what we say today practicing these principles it is like any thing when we take it home WE try it  and if it is defective WE take it back or get rid of the defect that is what we are doing WE are learning and researching studying this program WE use whatever it is at our disposal and right now my memory of the big book is accurate and   pretty extensive I am happy that I studied and read quite a bit in the time I spent in Langley Alder Grove areas I read and studied daily and quite a bit GOD GRANT POWER LOVE and WAY of LIFE may I do thy will always AMEN WE are GOD GRANT ME THE SERENITY TO ACCEPT THE THINGS i CANNOT CHANGE THE COURAGE TO CHANGE THE THINGS i CAN AND THE WISDOM TO KNOW THE DIFFRENCE GOD I OFFER MYSELF TO THEE TO BUILD WITH ME AND DO WITH ME AS THOU WILT TAKE AWAY MY DIFFICULTIES THAT VICTORY OVER THEM MAY BEAR WITNESS TO THOSE I WOULD HELP OF THY POWER LOVE AND WAY OF LIFE MAY I DO THY WILL ALWAYS AMEN.WE ARE PRACTICING THESE PRINCIPLES IN ALL OUR AFFAIRS.Today WE are keeping it simple and that is by no means the easy way out WE are putting in the extra effort We are trying to walk that extra mile stitching that extra mile half measures availed us absolutely nothing WE must daily work to improve preparing daily for the worst it is important to close the windows before the storm preventing a possible disaster from happening and possibly   cure cancer heh heh heh it is a one day at a time and We are practicing these principles in all OUR affairs.GOD grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference GOD I offer myself to thee to build with me and to do with me as thou wilt Take away my difficulties that victory over them may bear witness to those I would help of thy POWER LOVE and WAY of LIFE may I do thy will always AMEN Today is the day WE can work with WE start as soon as WE awake in the AM and continue all day it is so important that we do not skip or wash over anything so we are thorough and WE keep no secrets from GOD WE use whatever is handy WE want and are willing and preparing for GOD to use us in whatever way he wants WE are content today trudging the road to happy destiny repeating over and over repetition in religions around for a couple thousand years and still going strong well there are good ones and bad ones the program tells us GOD as WE understood GOD so that makes it possible for everyone to use and recover when we do the steps and work them into our lives one day at a time WE are practicing these principles in all our affairs

MY JOURNAL(G’S Jots)Nimble NOTES

When I am alone and sitting in my apartment is the time to do this sort of thing whatever comes off the top of my head zing zag zoom etc. My life lately has been going well with few upsets mainly because I don’t allow anyone or anything that kind of power over Me.power should be respected and put in its proper perspective and that is exactly how the cookie crumbles and makes a big mess on the floor I just spent two hours cleaning and scrubbing to a sparkling shine.Writing about anything that comes to mind so everything I write down is completely spontanious and original from my imagination to my BLOG.I am making a goal to do this for at least a half-hour once or twice a day who knows maybe something inspirational may come of it all.so far since coming up with this plan this is the first time i have spent more than a few minutes and maybe a couple of sentences wow today i feel inspired and who can tell maybe tomorrow also we will be here tomorrow same bat time heh heh heh.This kind of writing usually with no heading until I write a few paragraphs to see what i jot down as times goes merrily along and does it’s thing speaking of food in the morning a few friends gather together and talk,smoke pot and Brenda brings food and goodies Her and her seventeen year old dog bandit He just had a major stroke and is on his last legs but the Vet says he is not in pain so all the Best to Her and him he really has a great personality also he is deaf and has cataracts' in his eyes We sure do love him all the same any who I am just about at an end for today so see ya tomorrow g out.Roger wilco. Maxine was the name of my first and third rats that I had the pleasure of raising.Now I sit at home and do this in the morning after coming home from the park.my life is relatively simple but in my humble opinion Productive and Prosperous.Today was fun because there was a booklet full of topographical maps of Northern BC.Mountain lakes,hiking trails that only get used once or twice in a decade.growing up in Northern Ontario then moving to BC. at fifteen was great for a kid wilderness and surviving in it are great for a young man to be around 24/7 all the pleasures of the outdoor life at my doorstep .My next move is to purchase a thirty-two gigabyte micro sd card just for added help in maintaining my connection so it doesn’t have to work so hard.

this time of year(fall)is absolutely without a doubt the best time of year for hiking,walking,and fishing . You have more energy and  when it is colder I move more to keep WARM.This exercise of writing continuously for as long as I am able surprisingly it makes sense soon this couple of paragraphs becomes a short story then a small children’s story for example three mice living together since they were little baby mice .They decide it was time to move out and build their own homes.The first mouse buys an acre of land baron area no water source he builds and delays and extra cost almost bankrupted him Mouse two gets an acre of crown land in northern BC. the terms of told him he needed access within a year water power sold some trees to pay for road and cabin costs solar and wind turbines used for electricity maintenance within five years his requirements are filled and moving in to a completed cabin building couple out buildings power is taken from the wilds around this little mouse was a thinker not a stinker.

The Adventures of The BRUTUS and The GREEN CROSS

Like all stories good or bad there has to be a plot a hero and a Villain the story’s plot must have an accurate time line for the whole story to make sense.Oh crap! I almost forgot the beginning and the end this probably sounds simple enough however simple doesn’t always mean easy just lacks the fluff to fill up the gaps left by writer’s block and not to mention this all sounds like the writings of a raving lunatic.

  She got out of bed this morning thinking about a book based around a Private EYE that happens to be a rat named THE BRUTUS and He makes his living in Missing Pets(All makes and models)So far business has been pretty good for THE BRUTUS however that sounds kind of Hum drum so she has to add something to the mix to “spice” things up. She snapped her fingers and Presto-Chango the PLOT came to her in the form of a Super Girl to take care of THE BRUTUS and also she was a Sorceress with magical Powers to fend off evil and smoke reefer to heal the sick and down-trodden of this world She could read minds she was invaluable for the Missing Pets Company.Her Partner was Real great at solving riddles and They both had a Mentor named Roxy who also had E.S.P. about her surrounding triggers something to help find whatever they happen to be doing at the time.Roxy,Carla and Arielle make up the core to take care of THE BRUTUS and run the Business.

At this moment in time Business is BOOMING and Profitable with lots of cases coming in every day thanks to a large natural disaster that recently occurred in the Vicinity.The Book is just real everyday Life nothing more or less than that so lets get the ball rolling in the forward gear and get this PIG out of the sty!!

Opposite POLARITIES

Over a time span of thirty-five to forty years these two have beenfighting over me for years .I guess the attention was what I was looking for so good choices weren’t as fun so the devil won most of the time until about ten years back when Fate dealt me a losing hand not even a pair when your luck runs out you are left with you and only you now is the time to make some important changes/ decisions that will seriously effect the outcome of these events when a person takes the time to show the procedure and the benefits from going this route out-weighed the cost of business  with the big wigs on the Wall street market just on the North side of Nowhere right smack-dab in the middle of “very LOST”Not a very safe place to be when the proverbial SHIT hits the fan similar to Shit flows DOWN-HILL and PAY-DAY is FRIDAY.When someone says Trust ME Shoot First because it’s a case of HIM or YOU What’s the verdict here ?is a question that needs an answer before moving to the SHADOW WORLD Me/you

Starting from scratch can be advantageous in the sense we have not picked up any bad HABITS as yet! Now that is very good for Us.Actually it always boils down to US against THEM, GOOD>EVIL, RIGHT > WRONG

BORN on the second day in March,2012

came to live with me on Saturday,the fifth day of May the same year.It is the sixth day of June and a month seems only a day,it has been great getting to know each other’s traits. Brutus is and always will be my Handsome Baby Boy.Three months and a day old and he is a little gentle rat whom I am very proud of and LOVE very much.I have begun building his exercise room and when it is completed it will be revealed then and only then.The room is completed He turns one year old on Saturday March 02/2013.I will turn 52 years old as well We will have a great party.

THE BRUTUS

He moves with grace and charm.He is determined to do his very best. He always is the center of the action,He is like TAZ when ANGERED and an ANGEL when HE chooses
I would venture to say he will not grow any longer however he will fill out some but if I keep his diet healthy and not to much fattening “Rat food” like there is such a thing well they do have animal psychiatrists and therapy sessions for dogs so it would not be so far fetched to have diet food for fat rats then in that case I have heard and seen it all now boy!Okay all joking aside let us talk about how Brutus is adjusting after finding out he is a boy when we all thought he was a boy but I think he has adjusted to this and is moving on.
There is not to much more to teach him,He is well behaved on the bus and in stores and the general public so the next step is just what we are doing     BONDING and getting to know each other better and become close .We will know what the other wants with our mind we do  that now so (c'est la vie!)
Hey what is happening my fellow internet friends this is kind of fun using windows live writer I haven't even scratched the surface however I am determined to learn more and take as long as it takes it is still fun anyway so keep on keeping on! What is UP CHUCK ! Many people with similar traits and demeaned aptitude are not immune to temptations that would turn the pope himself so do not despair we ONLY FAIL when we STOP TRYING!These morsels of WISDOM nurture my spiritual nature and gives us reason to continue our perilous journeys through all kinds of weather and surroundings strange Races of other civilization some more advanced than others this was the DAWN of TIME where everything as we know it today began in this era and prospered some died out and never returned, others stayed and were improved upon, that is the secret that keeps us moving and thinking ahead to improve on making better faster stronger till it was a genuine discovery with tons of merit for getting the most difficult jobs done quickly and efficiently.The job assigned to young clerks was really everything from dressing dictating food taster body guard or MAN-SERVANT these practices were not in the least uncommon or unused they were on the contrary used in abundance overnight the practice was adopted by the want to – be rich and the truly rich sought out the best and trustworthy man-servants to do and be their every whim or fantasy. This swept the way for Butlers and dressers these were unusually always Men for men women for women .Coincidentally in this era seems to be transforming gradually and maddeningly slow.Brutus the Rat is beginning to adapt to this way of being unique and special in every situation.He is a leader with no one for him to lead this will not do.He must find some prospects for him to lead honourably and with a deadly efficiency in all the ways of a race that died thousands of years before he was born.Imagine Brutus’ family for generations kept this way of life strong and protected from everybody except his own immediate family for all these many,many centuries till The prophecy is fulfilled.That very thing is happening now with Brutus following the WAY of HIS ancestors . This story begins in May with the arrival of Brutus the Rat.He , unlike his ancestors, is modifying the “old” and blending them to strengthen him and his PEOPLE to do what is necessary for Everyone.

Flipping through the PAGES of LIFE

Most people if polite and courteous open themselves more even a simple hello or hi can be a
small victory but a VICTORY that is a good word if that word appears you know your chances are fifty/fifty
Always make it a special task for you to find out everyone’s name in your “wake” try to get more but
for the time being that serves us well.Another important achievement would be to find out E-Mails addresses
this is over a period of a week or so. The most important thing
to consider is weather you succeed or fail regardless the reply even no reply.After a while of this
practice pretty soon people start communicating back expressing themselves then the phone number and E-Mail
address Don’t     move too fast too soon always keep your head even when under

makes the reader think and to use their imaginations  to me that is a great selling point for Creative Writing Tutors
mine is presently instructing me in the art of using research (boring research)in such a way as to produce  Emotion that i9s a goal that is Compulsory because if the reader doesn’t get interested enough anticipating something very big and exciting still to come Dazzle them with Brilliance or Baffle them with BULL SHIT!!@#@$%%^$#@#!!

Many people of average age income single married black white,English -speaking 

French,German,Russian etc.All of these particular people were asked one Question

What are the odds? My philosophy on this and any other subject is this Acceptance

simple everyday One-Day-at-a-TIME Sometimes it is nescessary to use a combination       

however all the particulars can be very confusing so remember don’t go into these dangerous

                                       MY THAUGHTS ABOUT CIRCUMCISION
Many of the people now and from 40 years or so back have been successfully circumcised with little or no reprocutions from it,the few cases of blood poisoning was third world countries with minimum cleanliness and unnpottable water  most ,we are happy to discover have no bad  memories even the ones having the op when 13 years old(Jewish) that would hold some lasting memories however on the big side we have more successful stories than bad ones so  let's look at some of the cases with bad reviews so we aren't accused of onesided thinking boy when we think of how far we have broadened our vision by taking off blinders of fear of change and discovering new technologies and outrageous ideas

Yesser in the last 50 or so years we have come farther than a span of a thousand years earlier Progress we are discovering new technologies everyminute of every day someone has discovered a new breakthrough in cutting edge science and we are worried about a circumcision that for many happened when they were babies and don't remember anything about bad side effects what a joke/worry about something  real circumcision pro or con what difference does it make think about it and do what you(parents want to do) do we do it when babys and won't remember or have side effects or when 13 (jewish or not at all ( I don't know I'm circumcised so leaving the tuque on or taking off YOU DECIDE GRANDMA!!On the other hand I do not agree with the practice using dirty tools and operating room is unsterile .

We sure make a cute pair he loves and trusts me  good feeling to have someone who depends on me for life all areas of life mental spiritual physical all is important for educating your own "MUNCHKIN"!
